My favourite route is for the road bike from Hayle to Marazion via St Erth see the link to the Sustrans Website below. ***
Great for a bit of off road cycling check out the Mineral tramways. I particularly enjoy the short fun trail around Tehidy this is an easy one, for something more energetic try the Great Flat Lode. ***
Within the grounds of the National Trust Lanhydrock stately home, free parking for members. Explore adventurous woodland trails, from family friendly routes to exhilarating mountain bike descents. Lots of facilities on site too. ***
Between Truro and St Austell the Kernow Bike Park. It has a broad range of trails, blue, red and black. Day passes or memberships. ***
